"When I call to pay, file a claim, or add/remove vehicles they are extremely polite. Always happy to answer any questions and are patient. Very good service!
Update: just now switching back to Statefarm (it was a bit higher in the past) I am now saving again! My last insurance company claimed I was “in good hands”, but always seemed to have an attitude with me anytime I called to pay my bill or ask about getting a new quote. State Farm has always been so polite and personable and I don’t know why I would ever change. Thank you State Farm! Thank you Jessica!"
